’Til Victory Is Won


Creative direction and brand system for a night of lectures and programmng in observance of the 400th anniversary of the arrival of enslaved Africans to Jamestown, Virginia. The wordmark is set in the typeface “Martin” by typographer Tré Seals, based on his research on protest signs carried at the Memphis Sanitation Strike of 1968 after the assination of Martin Luther King Jr. Also designed print and digital marketing materials to promote the event.
